During the Croatian Adriatic Sea Defense & Aerospace (ASDA) 2025 exhibition, the WB Group showcased its extensive range of products for the army and other uniformed services. Among the visitors was Croatian Defense Minister Ivan Anušić.

In recent years, WB Group has been actively promoting its solutions on international markets, resulting in further export orders and an ever-growing expansion not only in Europe but across the globe. Currently, after purchases of constructs such as FlyEye and Warmate, queues of eager customers are forming; however, these are not the only products receiving recognition beyond Poland’s borders. Some of these products could be seen during the ASDA 2025 exhibition between 8th and 10th April, where several Polish companies, including WB Group, were present.

At the WB Group booth, its most renowned products were on display, including the aforementioned unmanned aerial system FlyEye and the Warmate loitering munitions, both of which are garnering considerable interest from international customers. The company’s representatives noted that they cannot complain about a lack of interested parties, a fact that brings great satisfaction.

In addition, visitors were able to examine a model of the remotely controlled weapons station, the ZMU-03, which had previously been demonstrated, among other venues, on the unmanned ground platform, namely the PIAP Hunter robot. In the future, its target engagement capabilities may be significantly enhanced through integration with the French Thales FZ275 missiles. This upgrade would enable the module to counter lightly armored, aerial, and naval targets at distances of up to 3 km.

WB Group’s offering is not limited to military equipment but also extends to products for other uniformed services. This was recognized in Croatia, where, for the needs of its police, the Polish company supplied, among other items, the SmartEye ST-1 road safety systems. At the WB Group booth, visitors could learn about its operation and capabilities through one of the provided tablets. In addition, they had the opportunity to see components of similar solutions such as the Cabinet system, SmartEye MT-1, and SmartICV.

Thus, the enterprise’s presence in Croatia is not only marked by participation in the ASDA 2025 exhibition but also by genuine cooperation with the local customer, namely the Croatian police. In Poland, similar solutions are also procured, albeit in limited numbers.

Hopefully, this will change, considering the potential for these systems to enhance road safety and aid in apprehending those who pose a threat. The result would be significant savings for the state, and indirectly, for each of us.

It is noteworthy that the WB Group booth was visited by many officials, including Croatian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Ivan Anušić, who expressed interest in the company’s products—specifically the FlyEye drones and Warmate loitering munitions. He even invited the company’s representatives to the Ministry of Defence, which bodes well for future cooperation. Additionally, the booth was visited by the Polish ambassador to Croatia, Paweł Czerwiński, and Defence Attaché, Commander Zbigniew Romanowski.

At the booth, visitors could also see the Personal Command and Observation System U-GATE, which was previously subject to an insightful analysis by senior editor Maciej Szopa. This solution allows for the integration of the functionalities of several devices (positioning and orientation sensors, cameras, a computer, and a display), significantly enhancing the situational awareness of soldiers (and others). Moreover, this device also enables the control of loitering munitions.
